Dear, |
Isolation chambers, restraint chairs, and guillotines—it may sound like the Middle Ages, but to animal experimenters, these are common tools of cruelty. Right now, monkeys, dogs, rabbits, mice, rats, and other animals are enduring pain and distress caused by these and other horrifying devices. |
While the names experimenters give some of these torture devices may sound harmless, the misery they cause animals is anything but. Stereotaxic devices are steel, vice-like apparatuses used to restrain animals by the head, sometimes while they’re fully conscious. Please help PETA spare more animals suffering in agonizing tests. |

Restraint chairs are used to hold monkeys in unnatural positions for hours on end while their necks and waists are clamped, causing immense discomfort and pain. Help free monkeys from this misery. |

Cranial implants are metal rods embedded into monkeys’ heads to control the distressed animals even more. Please give now to help stop this cruelty. |

Gavage tubes are thick plastic tubes that may be thrust up the nostrils and forced down the throats of fully conscious animals to pump them full of chemicals. Take action to stop this suffering. |

Guillotines are killing contraptions used to decapitate mice and rats after experimenters have subjected them to painful tests and deem them no longer “useful.” Help protect mice and rats—please give now. |

We need your support to relegate crude and cruel torture devices to the history books, where they belong. |
