URGENT NEED: RUSH AN EMERGENCY CARE PACKAGE TO A NEGLECTED DOG

Help a Dog Now

Dear Cid Marcos,

Precious wanted what every dog deserves: to be safe, to be fed when hungry, to sleep peacefully, to be loved.

Instead, her owners used a 30-pound logging chain tied to a cinder block to keep her confined to a patch of dirt. She stayed chained outside through the bitter cold and pelting rain—even after she became so sick she could barely stand.

Help a Dog like Precious

As temperatures drop dangerously low, we find dogs curled into tight balls to conserve heat, huddled in frozen-solid blankets, and desperately seeking shelter in overturned trash barrels. Sometimes, we respond to emergency cruelty cases involving dogs who are sick or even dying of neglect, like Precious was.

Without our help, these dogs have nowhere to turn, and without you, some might not make it through the frigid winter months. Please, rush a care package to a dog right now.

Every care package delivered by a PETA fieldworker brings relief and hope to a forgotten dog. And our fieldworkers don’t just help a dog once—they keep coming back to check on them, pleading with the owners to bring them indoors or surrender them into our care. In cruelty cases, we work with local law enforcement to rescue dogs in immediate danger.

I’ll Help a Dog This Winter!

Kind regards,

Ingrid Newkirk
President

P.S. Every dog deserves protection, care, and respect—and we must raise enough funds to help at least 37 neglected dogs in the coming weeks. Please send a care package today, and share this link with your friends to encourage them to do the same.
