Dear, |
Rabbits used for angora endure some of the most painful and terrifying treatment in fashion. |

|
These gentle animals are tied down or hung from the ceiling while workers shave off their hair. Rabbits can become so overwhelmed by fear that their bodies shut down. Some are left with bloody wounds. This suffering isn’t a one-time event—it happens every few months until the rabbits die from trauma, illness, or are slaughtered when their hair quality declines. Meanwhile, Kangol executives accidentally emailed us their PR plan when confronted with this cruelty: “do nothing.” They even tried to recall the message—probably hoping PETA supporters like you won’t hear how little they care about animals. |

Kangol’s “do nothing” plan is a death sentence for rabbits. Rabbits suffer right now because Kangol chooses to use their wool. But when caring people like you speak up, companies listen: More than 425 brands have already banned angora after learning that there is no humane way to obtain it. Kangol executives need to urgently hear from you that no hat is worth the terror inflicted on gentle rabbits for angora. |

Thank you for your compassion for animals. |
Animals are not ours to experiment on, eat, wear, use for entertainment, or abuse in any other way. |
